That could include lying about his identity, making a contract to seek revenge, investigating things he wasn’t ordered to investigate (like the Aurora Society on the Campania), not saving the children found at Kelvin’s manor, etc. But I like to discuss those actual instances of disobedience. With our earl, again, it’s probably disobedience, in general… like his father. I’m still curious about the “Windsor incident”! The idea that Vincent might have been seeking revenge for his mother’s death is a really good one. And making the attack on December 14th would still be a nod to Albert’s death. Disobedience, in general, could ultimately be the reason. Well, Vincent’s disobedience could include not helping enough (according to Victoria) on the construction of Tower Bridge, but yes. It would definitely be plausible for the queen to use Cloudia/Claudia as a sacrifice, but… whoa! We don’t have enough clues about that (just yet). black butler sebastian michaelis claude faustus cats birds demons jokes spiders I see now what you mean about blaming her for Albert’s death and then wishing for his return in a contract made not long afterwards. I think even the Undertaker might find this amusing…. Yana-san, is this a joke? It’s DAMN funny. Something that essentially takes the form of a bird loves something else that can kill/eat birds? Something that takes the form of a spider loves something else that can kill/eat spiders? So, demons seem to be attracted to the things that one would expect to be a natural predator of their demonic animal forms?!?! Then we have the “spider” demon getting killed, in rather grand fashion, by the “crow” demon. What kind of animal usually preys on birds? Cats, stereotypically. What kind of animal usually preys on spiders? Birds, most often…. Here’s the funny thing, and I’ve been getting a good laugh about it for quite some time now, even way before ch.111: In ch.111 we even have a cat sort of talking to him…. Cats don’t seem to go running to him (maybe cats are too aloof for that), but they love his attention when he approaches them, and there is a black cat outside the manor who waits in a garden for him. Sebastian is a “crow” (or crow and dog) demon. Birds are so fond of him that they literally flock to him. Canaries land all over him while he tats that lace shawl.
